Amen! Great insight on to what this looks like. I think too often people feel like they have to choose prioritizing one or the other, when really we can create a healthy balance to make both successful.
Something that may be missing in here is 'company fit" as well! TGE is a great example of understanding and catering to parents, while other companies may not share those same values. Have to look out for those things when looking for jobs!
